WHAT TO EXPECT
STEP 1 ~ SCHEDULE A TOUR
Join us for an
on-campus tour! You’ll have the opportunity to see classrooms, our
library, athletic facilities, and more. Contact us to request a tour!
Laurie Sharp, our Admissions Manager, will be happy
to set it up and provide you more information.
STEP 2 ~ APPLY FOR ACCEPTANCE
Complete the application. As part of the application process, you will need to create an application account in FACTS SIS. A $27 application fee will be accepted as part of the application process. Be sure to choose either our PreK application or our Kindergarten-12 application, based on the program you are applying for. You will be asked to upload your student's latest report card, transcript (high school students) and the IEP (if applicable). During this step a recommendation form will be sent to your student's teacher, coach, principal or pastor.
STEP 3 ~ INVITATION TO ENROLL
Once you have applied and met with the school leadership and are accepted for enrollment, you will be invited to enroll your student at Fellowship Academy. In the event that the class for your child's grade level is full, he or she may be placed on a waiting list. Enrollment instructions will be sent via email. The following steps will need to be completed:
SCHEDULE TESTING. We will contact you to schedule testing (used to
learn more about your student, not to determine admission). You will
meet with an administrator to arrange for your student's schedule and
plug him or her into activities of interest.
UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. Documents required for enrollment
are birth certificate, current immunization record and court orders for child
custody (if applicable).
REGISTRATION FEE. A non-refundable registration fee will be collected
during the enrollment process. Students are considered to be enrolled at
Fellowship Academy once the registration fee has been processed by the
school.
