Admissions Process/How to Apply

Fellowship Academy is open for enrollment, space permitting, throughout the year. Enrollment for the fall semester will close when the first nine-week grading period ends in October. Enrollment for the spring semester will close when the third nine-week grading period ends in March.

The enrollment process at Fellowship Academy is as follows:

Call the school office or visit the school website to schedule a tour.
Apply online. At this time families will submit the non-refundable application fee along with a recommendation form, discipline letter (grades 7th-12th), most recent report card or transcript, and IEPs if applicable.
Applications will be reviewed by the administration. If necessary, student testing may be required to affirm course and grade level placement.
Shadow Day. If school is in session, potential students will be required to attend a Shadow Day. As a guest for the day, the potential student will get to experience a typical day at Fellowship Academy. The potential student will be paired up with a buddy that is in the same grade to help them navigate the campus and help answer any questions they may have.
Notice of Acceptance. After the application and any testing is reviewed, a family will be notified if their student has been accepted.
Invitation to enroll. Once a student has been accepted, the non-refundable registration fee will be collected. Additional required documents, including birth certificate, health records, custody paperwork, etc. must be uploaded at this time.

Enrollment is finalized upon payment of the non-refundable registration fee. All new students are admitted on a 6-week probation period. Applicants who withhold pertinent information, or who falsify information may be required to withdraw from Fellowship Academy.

Fellowship Academy reserves the right to refuse admission or readmission to a student who has been dismissed/ expelled from Fellowship Academy or from any other school. Initial admittance to Fellowship Academy does not imply automatic readmission in the future. Fellowship Academy reserves the right to refuse admission or readmission to any prospective or returning student.
