Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

Our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is designed for ALL JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL athletes and will help them get stronger, quicker, and faster.  Run by our very own coaches, our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program includes lifting weights, speed & agility drills, plyometrics, and conditioning. 

We NEED all athletes wishing to participate in any of our athletic programs to be a part of our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program. This is a time when you get to work out with your fellow athletes, motivating one another, and working together to get ready for the upcoming year.
