Volunteer Opportunities

S.O.S. has many volunteer opportunities for parents. If you want to get plugged in and are ready to get busy, this is the place! Just look at the list below to see where you can help. We look forward to working with you!

Library Book Review: Brand new books are donated by publishing companies to our school each year; they must be reviewed before we can put them into the library. Bring a few books home, read, fill out review sheets and return the books to the library.

Staff Appreciation Activities: We sponsor Treats for Teachers, monthly luncheons for the teachers and staff. We need volunteers to periodically bring items for these luncheons. In addition, each spring the SOS sponsors Staff Appreciation Week. We need volunteers to plan and expedite the activities for the week.

Cartridges for Kids Preparation: We need volunteers to come into the office to prepare the cartridges and cell phones to be mailed.

Room Helper: Put your name on a list to help your student's teacher with class parties and projects.
