Junior High Mission
To prepare students for their high school years by teaching them responsibility, growing their Christian character and developing self-discipline. We want students to value their education and take their appreciation for learning into their high school years.
Grades and Progress Notification
- Passing for all Junior High classes is 65.
- Gradelink is an online grading and attendance software that parents and students can use to access grades, performance, conduct, teacher comments and upcoming assignments online. Parents may also receive email notifications about their students current progress.
Every effort is going to be made to decrease the amount of late work that occurs in Junior High.
The following policy will be used by all 6th Grade teachers:
- 1 day late = 10 point deduction
- 2 days late = 20 point deduction
- 3 days late = 50 point deduction
- 4+ days late = no credit will be given
The following policy will be used by all 7th and 8th Grade teachers:
- 1 day = 20 point deduction
- 2 days late = 50 point deduction
- 3+ days late = no credit will be given
- Cell phones are to be turned OFF during school hours
